If you begin to notice significant decrease in water pressure or are without water completely you may contact our office at 256-423-6161. If it is after hours you will be prompted to an alternative phone number.

Before calling please check with your neighbors and find out if they are having the same problem. If several neighbors are having the same issue, report the problem to our office.

If you are the only house with an issue, ensure your water meter is moving. If it is moving, you most likely have a leak on your line and will need to contact a plumber.

When reporting, please give the representative your name, address, and phone number so we can restore your water in a timely manner.
