NEW RESIDENT REQUIREMENTS:

New residential/commercial customers with an existing meter located at the property must apply for service at 26772 Main Street, Ardmore, Alabama.

The following are required to apply for and set up a new account:
- Valid identification (drivers license, military ID or social security card)
- Proof of ownership of property or a copy of lease agreement
- Completed Residential/Commerial Application (see link below)
- $90 Meter Fee for residential customers
- $155 Meter Fee for commercial customers

APPLICATION:

RESIDENTIAL TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS:

Transfers may occur within existing customer accounts as long as the said account is in good standing. A service fee of $55.00 for residential customers and $90.00 for commercial customers will be charged at the time of transfer. If transferring from one Ardmore water account to another, both accounts must be in good standing in order for the transfer to take place.
